- Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) / Third party call control
- Remote administration via Web-based management or OpenScape Deployment Service

- G.729 AB
- G.722 Wideband (7kHz)
- Full-duplex hands-free talking
- 2 ports built-in Ethernet switch: 10/100/1000 Mbit
- External applications integrated into phone user interface (OpenScape Desk Phone IP 55G):

The OpenScape Desk Phone IP 35G Eco is the successor of the OpenScape Desk Phone IP 35G using the same housing and feature set. Due to hardware improvements the phone provides additional power saving capabilities. The Power over Ethernet (PoE) class is changed from two to one. The support of Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE, 802.3az) reduces the idle power consumption additionally.
